Tama LST1455 Snare Drum is one of the most versatile drums from the new Tama Sound Lab project range. Featuring a 14" x 5.5" Steel shell, this drum has a huge tuning range... crank it up tight or slacken it off, it sounds great at all pitches, making it an ideal all purpose snare drum for Rock, Jazz, Pop, Funk etc.
The steel shell provides plenty of projection, whilst its Sound Arc hoops add sustain and a fuller frequency response.. Add to this a set of 20 strand super sensitive snare wires and you have a drum that is suitable for all musical situations. it looks great too, with its nickel plated shell and tube lugs.
